August Monthly To-Do

• Monthly Appliance Cleaning

• Deep cleaning Kids/Guest bedroom

• Wash Rugs & Shower Curtains

• Wash Indoor Windows

School is just around the corner and summer is coming to a close soon as well. After all the visitor this summer its a great time to refresh the guest bedroom. Or to go through your kid’s bedroom to purge and get ready for the school year. Go through their clothes, find out what fits and what toys need to find a new home. You can find some great cleaning products in my Bendable that I find helpful. Click here.

• Remove all items from the room , closet, walls, 

• Put items into categories (keep, throw away, donate, sell) 

• Dust ceiling fan, light fixtures, corners for cobwebs.

• Wash curtains and blinds.  

• Clean windows inside & out. 

• Wash all bedding, pillows, mattress cover etc. 

• Wash the walls with mop and cleaner.

• Remove everything out of closet and categorize. 

• Reorganize the closet. 

• Wipe down shelving in the closet. 

• Wipe down doors & knobs. 

• Dust and wipe down everything as you put back into the room. 

• Wash any rugs. 

• Replace any burnt out lightbulbs
